Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Samparkasetu Software Solutions Private Limited. If you are not happy with your subscription, please contact us within the eligible window and we will make it right.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment (new customers only).
  • The service was not used substantially (no more than 10 active sessions during the period).
  • A technical error caused a duplicate or erroneous charge to your account.
  • The platform was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end.

Renewal charges for existing subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

3. One-Time Payments

One-time payments for add-ons, data packs, or premium feature unlocks are refundable only if:

  • The feature was not delivered or activated within 48 hours of payment.
  • The feature is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.

Requests must be raised within 5 business days of the original transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Fees paid for completed services or consultations.
  • Setup, onboarding, or implementation fees.
  • Subscription periods that have already elapsed at the time of the request.
  • Payments made for third-party integrations or marketplace transactions.
  • Promotional or discounted plan purchases (unless a technical error occurred).

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at support@samparkasetu.com with the subject line "Refund Request β€” [Your Account Name]" and include:

  • Your registered email address and account ID.
  • Transaction ID or invoice number.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Supporting screenshots or evidence (if applicable).

Our support team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day.

6. Processing Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Wallet payments: 2–3 business days

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. We cannot redirect refunds to a different account.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period β€” you will retain access until that date.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you are owed a refund upon cancellation, please refer to sections 1–3 above and submit a request.

For Enterprise plans, cancellation is governed by the terms in your signed service agreement.
